Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

החזרות והחלפות

ניתן להחזיר או להחליף פריטים בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת ההזמנה, בתנאי:
• שהפריט לא נעשה בו שימוש, לא נלבש, ובמצבו המקורי
• שכל התוויות והאריזה המקורית קיימות

פריטים שלא ניתנים להחזרה

הפריטים הבאים אינם ניתנים להחזרה או החלפה:
• פריטים במבצע או בהנחה
• פריטים בהתאמה אישית או בייצור לפי הזמנה
• פריטים שנעשה בהם שימוש, כובסו או ניזוקו

החזרים כספיים

לאחר קבלת הפריט ובדיקתו, החזר כספי (אם יאושר) יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 7–14 ימי עסקים.

עלויות משלוח
• דמי משלוח מקוריים אינם מוחזרים
• עלות משלוח החזרה היא באחריות הלקוח, אלא אם הפריט הגיע פגום או שגוי

After 15 years in the United States, I returned to Israel with a lot of longing – but also with one question: Where am I supposed to buy stylish clothes, in my size, that suit who I am today? I didn't find an answer. So I built it myself.

That's how I entered the world of design. I learned to sew, to design, and to listen – to my body, to voices that don't get a place in mainstream fashion,

I am a lesbian, a feminist, a bachelor's degree graduate, and in between, I also led a groundbreaking lawsuit against antisemitism that reached the White House – this was not just a legal battle – it was a clear statement: I have a place, and I don't apologize for who I am.

That same principle guides me here too. In my opinion, there's no such thing as a right size or a right look.
