How do I choose my size?

Each item on our website includes a specific size chart (in centimeters). If you're between sizes or unsure which size will fit you best, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help with a personalized recommendation.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped through Israel Post to a pickup point. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Israel Post's current workload. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping: ₪25.

Free shipping on orders over ₪349.

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange your first exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, as long as they are returned in new, unworn condition.

Can I come in and try items on?

Yes! You are welcome to visit our studio in Kiryat Ono and try items on by appointment.

I'm between sizes or worried the size won't fit, what should I do?

If you're unsure between sizes, send us your measurements and we'll gladly help you choose the best fit.

If the size doesn't fit after receiving your order, contact us and we can arrange an appointment at our Kiryat Ono studio for fittings, alterations, and adjustments if needed.

How should I wash my garments?

Care instructions can be found in the product description and on the garment's label. We recommend following them to keep your item looking its best for as long as possible.
