Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

החזרות והחלפות
ניתן להחזיר או להחליף פריטים בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת ההזמנה, בתנאי:
• שהפריט לא נעשה בו שימוש, לא נלבש, ובמצבו המקורי
• שכל התוויות והאריזה המקורית קיימות
פריטים שלא ניתנים להחזרה
לא ניתן להחזיר או להחליף:
• פריטים במבצע או בהנחה
• פריטים בהזמנה אישית / ייצור לפי הזמנה
• פריטים שנעשה בהם שימוש, כיבוס או שניזוקו
החזרים כספיים
לאחר קבלת הפריט ובדיקתו, החזר כספי (אם אושר) יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 7–14 ימי עסקים.
דמי משלוח
• דמי משלוח מקוריים אינם מוחזרים
• עלות משלוח החזרה חלה על הלקוח/ה, אלא אם התקבל פריט פגום או שגוי
